The service provided by the staff was commendable; they efficiently managed my luggage storage and laundry, which added convenience to my visit. The highlight was the owner, Antonella, who went above and beyond, arranging a ride to Feltre for me when local bus service was unavailable. This kind of personalized service is often a hallmark of luxury hotels, yet their approach made it feel accessible and welcoming-a true reflection of value for money.
